 1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the website at ladygpt.com and any products, programs, courses, workshops, downloads, or services offered by LadyGPT (ABN 47 791 292 886 (Shoretours.com.au)) (we, us, our). Our contact email can be located here. We operate from New South Wales, Australia.

By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the ACL applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy where goods or services fail to meet the consumer guarantees.

3. Who Our Services Are For

Our content is educational only. It is not financial, medical, legal or other professional advice. Use AI (including ChatGPT or any tools we demonstrate) at your own discretion and seek professional advice where appropriate.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian purchase on your behalf) to buy our courses. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Our Products & Access

  • Digital Courses / Programs: Access is delivered online via Kajabi and other services once payment is confirmed.
  • Live or Online Workshops (future): Dates, times, and inclusions will be listed on the relevant sales page. We may reschedule or substitute presenters with reasonable notice.
  • Availability: We may update, change, or withdraw any offering at any time.

6. Pricing, GST & Currency

All prices are shown in $USD and include GST (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe / Kajabi Payments. By purchasing, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount shown, including any instalments or subscription renewals you select.

8. Refunds & Change of Mind

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the ACL. If you believe a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us.

9. Cancellations (Workshops & live Events)

  • By you: If you cancel a paid workshop booking 48 hours or more before the start date, we may offer a credit or transfer (at our discretion). No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours unless required by law.
  • By us: If we cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new date, a credit, or a refund as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property & License of Use

All course materials, videos, downloads, prompts, templates, text, graphics, and other content are owned by us (or used under licence). When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

11. Prohibited Conduct & Personal Use

All LadyGPT courses, tools, and content are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, repurpose, or use them for commercial gain without written permission. 

You agree not to:

  • Share your login or course materials with others
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our content
  • Infringe our IP or any third-party IP
  • Use our community spaces to harass, defame, spam, or harm others
  • Upload or share unlawful or offensive material

12. Testimonials & Results

While we aim to provide helpful, supportive content, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or success. Testimonials shown on our site are from real students, each person’s experience will be unique and individual results with vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. 

13. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may reference or link to third-party tools (e.g., ChatGPT). We are not responsible for their content or performance.

14. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer

Any AI examples are educational only. AI output may be incomplete or biased. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage from your use of our site or services, except where not permitted by law. Our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or their equivalent cost.

16. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our website, content, or breach of these Terms.
